Restaurant style Artisan bread

Easy restaurant style bread at home. A Dutch oven is recommended but you can use a cake pan just put another baking dish with water at the bottom to create steam. Note the prep time is only 20 mins because you only do about the time prep the rest you are just waiting for the dough to rise.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, yeast and salt together
Step 2
Add warm water to dry mixture then mix with a rubber spatula until combined

Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rise for 2-3 hours but preferably overnight for maximum taste
Step 4
Once rested place dough on floured surface and pull edges out and bring them back to the center. Repeat this until you go all the way around the dough and form a ball.
Step 5
Place ball of dough in a bowl lined with parchment paper and cover. Let it rest for 1 hour
Step 6
Preheat oven to 450 with your Dutch oven inside to get it nice and hot!
Step 7
Place dough and Dutch oven along with the parchment paper and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
After the 30 minutes take bread out and remove lid. Bake for another 20- 30 mins until it reaches your desired crispiness.
Step 9
Once it’s out of the oven let the bread cool down for about 30-45 minutes and then it’s ready to serve! Enjoy
