Instructions

Step 1
cook 1.5-2 lbs chicken gizzards til tender in water to cover with onions, celery and chicken soup base to season. When cool, cut up. Strain and save seasoned water.
Step 2
Toast 1 loaf of bread and break into pieces. Add 1-2 cups sage and onion stuffing seasoned cubes.
Step 3
Brown 1 lb hamburger, chopped onion and chopped celery in butter and oil.
Step 4
Mix hamburger mixture, gizzards, bread and juice from cooking gizzards. Salt and pepper to taste. If too dry, add chicken broth.
Step 5
Bake at 350-375 til browned on top and heated through.
