Instructions

Step 1
Soak beans 2-8 hrs.
Step 2
Rinse leans and cover with 2 inches of water. Add smoked ham hocks cook for 40 min on high.
Step 3
Cook corn bread while the Insta pot is cooking.
Step 4
Quick release and Remove bones and skin from hocks, shred the meat and return to pot.
Step 5
Best served over a piece of cornbread.
