Instructions
Step 1
In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, artichoke, mushrooms, onion, cheese, tomatoes, basil, parsley, and peas. In a small bowl, mix together lemon zest, juice, pesto, and olive oil. Dress salad and toss to combine, then season with salt and pepper. Top with prosciutto and serve.
