Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Spread broccoli into a rimmed baking sheet so they are not touching. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and mix around so the flavors get to know each other.
Step 4
Roast for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
Step 5
Remove from oven and transfer to serving bowl. Toss with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
