Instructions

Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-heat and cook beef and garlic for 6-8 minutes, until beef is browned and crumbled.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Stir sauce into beef and simmer for two minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, serve over rice.
