Tofu ✨
10min TOFU 😍
This is my go to recipe for tofu and it’s pretty much foolproof!
Just make sure you use firm tofu and not silken or soft tofu and you can also bake it. 😇

RECIPE (2 servings, 10min prep time):
-400g firm tofu, pat dried
-2 Tbsp cornstarch
-salt to taste
Tear the tofu into chunks and combine with corn starch and salt.
Fry in oil until crispy OR bake at 180C/360F for 20mins.
Sauce:
-4 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp white wine or balsamic vinegar
-2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
-optionally hot sauce
-1 Tsp garlic powder and ginger powder
-2 Tsp corn starch
-1/8 cup (30ml) water
Mix and add it to the hot pan.
Stir whilst heating up until thickened and stir in the tofu.
