Instructions

Step 1
Crack the eggs and beat them up.
Step 2
Chop up the half onion and toss them onto a heated pan with olive oil added. Cook until some colour appears and they become softer.
Step 3
Add the eggs.
Step 4
If the pan is too small, move the omelette to the side and pour out some of the liquid egg to make it a bigger omelette.
Step 5
If needed, fold the omelette over and keep cooking.
