Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine beef with panko crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, eggs, heavy cream and seasonings. Mix until just combined then form into balls.
Step 2
In a large pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 15 minutes. After meatballs are fully cooked you will set aside on a plate.
Step 3
Add onion, minced garlic and tomato paste to a large pot and cook until soft, 5 minutes. Then add in 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, seasonings and chopped basil. Bring to a simmer and return meatballs to the pot and cover. Simmer until sauce has thickened, 15 minutes.
Step 4
Boil water and add your spaghetti pasta. (Cook pasta according to instructions on the box) Add olive oil and a little salt to prevent noodles from sticking. Once pasta is aldente, drain and add it to your sauce
Step 5
Top pasta with Parmesan and chopped parsley and serve 🤎
