roasted

Instructions

Chop the mushrooms and cook them
Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes and heat up in a frying pan (oil optional)

Cook the wild rice
Step 4
Chop the lettuce
Step 5
Chop the beets
Step 6
Chop the cucumber
Step 7
Put all the ingredients together in bowls and drizzle dressing over top
