Instructions

Step 1
Pour 2 cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Clean rice. Once water stars to boil add 1 cup of rice. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Cut red and green peppers into thin slices.
Step 3
Take 2 chicken breast slice it horizontally to make 4. And season salt, garlic and onion powder and paprika. Mix then add cornstarch to coat chicken breast.

Add 2 tbsp of butter to frying pan and melt

Add chicken breast to pan and sear one side for 2-5 minutes. Flip over and sear the other side for 2 minutes or until brown.
Step 6
Move chicken breast to the side of pan and add garlic. Add butter. Once butter melt, stir it together.
Step 7
Add 1 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/3 honey. Stir and shake pan. Bring sauce to a simmer. Then simmer for 1 minute until sauce thickens.
Step 8
Turn over chicken in the sauce to coat chicken. If sauce get thick and a little water to it.
Step 9
Remove chicken breast from pan and serve over rice.
