Cashew Cream

½ cupcashews
soaked

¼ cuptapioca starch

1 cupwater

2 Tbsnutritional yeast

1 tpslemon juice

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder
Salsa Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice mushrooms and capsicum into tiny pieces. Cook veggies with seasoning until tender in a skillet, stir occasionally.
Step 2
While veggies cook, prep the cashew cream, add all ingredients to blender and mix. Pour mixture into hot sauce pan and cook while stirring constantly until it forms a gooey mass.
Step 3
Prepare the salsa sauce by adding all ingredients to blender.
Step 4
Prepare the quesadillas by adding cashew cream onto tortilla, add the veggie mix and ass the salsa to other tortilla and put on top of veggie mix.
Step 5
Bake the tortilla in a pan.
