Step 1
Preheat griddle or skillet to about 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together; add egg, buttermilk and butter mixing well after each addition. Grease griddle with lipid of choice. Use about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook about 1 ½ minutes on each side.
