Canadian Pancakes

This pancake recipe is fast and delicious, you could have them with basically any toppings you want or even plain, store them in your fridge overnight and throw them in the toaster the next morning. This makes enough medium sized pancakes for 2 adults or 3 kids.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all your dry ingredients by sifting them into a bowl and create a well.

In a jug or a different bowl combine milk eggs and vanilla.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until everything in incorporated.

Add melted butter, mix again.
Step 5
In a nonstick pan, on medium temperature, add your pancake batter using a ladle and make 2 to 3 puddles depending on the size of your pan.

Wait until bubbles appear the pancake mix, when the bubbles hold their shape when popped in the center of your pancakes then you know it’s time to flip

Once flipped wait a minute or so until golden then remove from heat and place on a plate with a clean dish towel and cover to keep them warm

Repeat until you’ve finished all your batter
Step 9
Top with bacon and maple syrup and even a dollop of butter if you’d like
