Instructions
Step 1
Boil saucepan of water and add your broccoli.
Step 2
Once broccoli is cooked drain and place into a jug
Step 3
Boil your pasta
Step 4
Add the cheese, basil and soy sauce to the jug along with 20ml approx of pasta water and blitz until smooth

Once pasta is cooked drain and combine with your broccoli sauce
Step 6
Grill chicken until cooked. Approx 20mins and then slice
Step 7
Add your pasta to you bowls top with the chicken and drizzle with the sweet chilli sauce
