Step 1
Brown ham in skillet. Remove and set to side.
Step 2
In same skillet cook black beans with water, cumin, and oregano. Heat through and add salt and lime juice. Set aside.
Step 3
Put cilantro lime rice in bowl, top with beans and ham. Spoon salsa on top and sprinkle with cilantro. Add more lime juice if wanted.
