Ingredients
5 servings
2 bagsButter flavored Corn Puff
2 sticksunsalted butter
½ cupWhite Syrup
1 cupbrown sugar
1 tspbaking soda
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250*
Step 2
Place corn puff in large pan ( I use roaster pan throw away type)
Step 3
In saucepan melt butter, syrup, and brown sugar, bring to boil & boil for 2 mins.
Step 4
Then remove from heat and add baking soda
Step 5
Mix well and pour over puff corn
Step 6
Bake 1 hour stirring every 15 mins. (To break up clumps and evenly distribute caramel on puff corn.
