Instructions

Step 1
Sous vide chicken to correct temp
Step 2
Sweat down onions until translucent
Step 3
Add vegetables for ~5 minutes to warm theough
Step 4
Add broth, lemon grass, parsley and bay leaves, bring to boil, lower to simmer
Step 5
Shred chicken and add to simmering pot, cook for ~45 minutes
Step 6
Cook noodles to order. With a few minutes to go on soup, add dill and green onions
