Step 1
Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve room temperature. Grill corn, tomatoes and jalapeños. Let the corn cool, remove from the cob. Chop the tomatoes and jalapeños. May substitute lime juice for the lemon.
