Instructions
Step 1
Optional: marinate tofu in advance and fry, leave to cool
Step 2
Cook rice according to instructions, leave your cool then mix in rice vinegar
Step 3
For sauce: mix tahini with soy sauce and vinegar or lime/lemon. Add water
Step 4
Lay out nori sheet. Wet hands and Create a rectangle of rice.
Step 5
Spread a layer of sauce on the rice, followed by the other fillings. Top with another layer of sauce
Step 6
Make another rectangle of rice, place on top of the filling and fold nori sheet over
Step 7
Cut onigirazu in half and eat
