Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken and marinade ingredients together and let marinade for 30 minutes
Step 2
Coat the chicken well in dredge
Step 3
Deep fry at 300-325 for 6minutes
Step 4
Remove from oil
Step 5
Turn up deep fryer to 375 and fry again until golden brown, (deep brown if using koji)
Step 6
Serve over rice and garnish with toppings
