Step 1

begin by baking sunflower seeds until golden by placing in a baking sheet, turn on oven to toast at 400 degrees fahrenheit and let toast for five minutes.



concentrate II
Step 2

take roasted sunflower seeds and blend in a blender, coffee grinder, or food processor until and thick starchy butter is created. blend for ten minutes, blend a minute and then wait 30 seconds and blend again. once done leave inside blender.



cream I
Step 3

to the blender or food processor with the concentrate add all ingredients to make the butter creamy and blend well. until liquid cream is created.




cream II and serve
Step 4

pour in the mixture in the blender onto a skillet, cook until it begins to simmer and let it thicken. once it has thickened pour into a a jar and enjoy.
