Instructions

Step 1
Cut up the chicken thighs into thin strips.
Step 2
Brown the chicken in a pan.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut up the tomato, capsicum, zucchini, onion and garlic.

Once the chicken is lightly browned, place the vegies in (including the corn).
Step 5
Once the mixture is cooked to your liking, serve it up and enjoy!
