Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°C. Line large cookie sheet with foil.
Step 2
Toss halved or cubed potatoes in 3 tsp of oil and favorite seasoning. Lay out potatoes in single layer on outer extremities of cookie sheet, leaving an empty square in the middle.
Step 3
Next, toss frozen Brussel sprouts in 2 tsp of oil, salt, and pepper. Lay out Brussel sprouts on cookie sheet, leaving room for sausages in the middle. Transfer sausages ro cookie sheet.
Step 4
Bake 20 minutes, then turn over sausage. Bake another 10 to 20 minutes until sausage and potatoes are cooked through. Serve.
