Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil on medium high heat in a skillet. Add ground turkey/chorizo to the skillet and season with taco seasoning to taste.
Step 2
Add all your ingredients to a cast iron skillet including the browned turkey. Add evaporated milk
Step 3
Place the cast iron skillet on the grill. If making it in the oven, bake on 400.
Step 4
Once all the cheese is completely melted, stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
