Step 1
In a large skillet, add ground meat and taco seasoning and cook until brown.
Step 2
Add cooked meat to a large cast iron skillet and then add Rotel, chopped jalapeños, chopped red onion, garlic, cubed Velvetta and shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Place cast iron skillet on prepared grill. Add a few pieces of applewood chunks for an additional smokey flavor.
Step 4
Cook until cheese is completely melted and mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
