Step 1
separate egg yolks and whites. beat yolks with half sugar until clearish and foamy.
Step 2
add in mascarpone little by little and whisk.
Step 3
seperately beat egg whites with slow addition of half sugar. fold in yolk mixture.
Step 4
layer a thin layer of mixture in a baking pan, top with lady fingers dipped in coffee, coffee side facing up. add a layer of mascarpone, another layer of lady fingers, and another layer mascarpone.
Step 5
(2 layers lady fingers, 2 1/2 layers mascarpone mixture, 1 layer cocoa)
Step 6
store in fridge in advance and sift cocoa powder on top right before serving.
