Instructions
Step 1
Trim chicken. Squeeze lemon into bowl.
Step 2
Dip chicken breasts into lemon, then breadcrumbs. Lay flat in baking dish.
Step 3
Cover all chicken breasts with remaining lemon and breadcrumbs. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Bake covered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and cook 20 more minutes.
