Beef Taco Salad with Cheddar & Catalina Dressing

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
while waiting for the skillet - Crush Tositos slightly, you should have medium sized chips left not crumbs
Step 3
Add beef to the skillet and, breaking apart with a spoon, cook until browned and crumbly, 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef. Reduce heat to medium, stir, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

½ tbsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin
Step 7
¼ tsp salt
Step 8
¼ tsp black pepper
Step 9
Wash and dry lettuce. Chop crosswise into thin (shred-like) strips. Wash and medium dice tomato.
Step 10
Grate ½ cup of cheddar.
Step 11
To serve, place lettuce in a bowl, with Crushed Tositos Chips, and add beef and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheddar and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
