Instructions
Step 1
finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers
Step 2
In a wide pan fry the onions in the vegetable oil until soft
Step 3
add the garlic and fry for a minute until fragrant
Step 4
add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes until soft
Step 5
add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
Step 6
blitz the mixture using food processor or hand blender until smooth
Step 7
cook and drain the pasta
Step 8
servd the pasta topped with the sauce
