Instructions
Step 1
Pat, dry, and tear tofu into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
Add corn starch and salt and toss to distribute throughout torn tofu.
Step 3
Fry tofu in oil until crispy.
Step 4
Mix glaze ingredients and add to tofu.
Step 5
Stir glaze into tofu and fry for 2-3mins until nicely glazed.
