½ tsppepper

½ tspcumin

½ tspcinnamon

1 tspoil

½ cupfat free greek yogurt

0.5lemon
Squeeze

½ tspsalt

1 tspminced garlic

1tomato
chopped

½ cupcucumber
chopped

1onion
small, sliced

0.5lemon
Squeeze

¼ tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
• Add ground beef. chopped cilantro, chopped onions, minced garlic, minced ginger to mixing bowl
• Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, and cinnamon to same bowl
• Mix well with hands
• Roll into kebabs, use skewers












Step 2
• Spread oil on pan on HOT
• Cook kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side

Step 3
• Chop tomatoes and cucumbers
• Slice onions
• Mix with lemon juice and salt in a bowl





Step 4
• Add yogurt, lemon, garlic, and salt to a bowl
• Mix




Step 5
• Add sauce to flatbread or tortilla
• Add kebabs • Add toppings
