Step 1
Cook pasta according to the package directions reserve 1 cup pasta water. In a skillet melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is fully melted then add reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with pasta. Top with cooked chicken and serve.
