Apple cider donut bundt cake
If you love apple cider donuts your gonna love this bundt cake! It has the same taste as an apple cider donut without all the hard work of making a donut and it’s not fried!
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup peeled shredded Granny Smith apples (sour apples work best)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1/2 cup sugar
Peel slice and grate your apples squeeze them dry and set aside. In a separate bowl combine cake mix cinnamon nutmeg oil apple cider and eggs. Mix well to form cake batter and fold and shredded apples. Place batter into a Bundt pan sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool it then flip brush the entire cake with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
