Instructions
Step 1
Brown chicken in olive oil 10 minutes
Step 2
Bread - combine flour, salt, oil, and 100ml water
Step 3
Remove chicken, add butter, onion, tbsp water and cook for 15 mins
Step 4
Add garlic and ginger, fry 2 mins
Step 5
Add chilli flakes and currpy powder 1 min
Step 6
Stir in spinach, tomatoes, chicken stock, fry 50 mins uncovering half way through
Step 7
Bread - divide in 4, roll 21cm rounds, cook 30s each side
