Ingredients
4 servings
1st pan for the chicken
2nd pan for the sauce
1onion
diced
4garlic gloves
diced
1 tspginger
chopped
0.5red pepper
chopped
1 x 0.5green pepper
chopped
2 Tbsptomato puree
1 tspground coriander
1 tspground cumin
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspground kashmiri chilli
1 tspsalt
When both pans are combined
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the diced chicken breast in the oil
Step 2
Once fried off add in the spices from the ingredients list of pan 1
Step 3
Set this aside after 2 mins
Step 4
Fry the diced onion in a separate pan
Step 5
Add the garlic and ginger together , mincing the garlic and ginger together helps and fry with onion
Step 6
After this has gone slightly soft add in the tomato puree
Step 7
After 3 mins add in the 2 halfed sliced peppers
Step 8
After 5 mins add in the spices from pan 2 ingredients
Step 9
After 3 mins add in the 200ml of water and stir occasionally , add in pan 1 after 3 mins of simmering
Step 10
When simmering add in the sliced green chillies and corriander
Step 11
Leave it to simmer for 15 mins until thickened
Step 12
If you like your sauce thinner you can add more water or serve if you like it
