Ingredients
4 servings

500gBeef steak strips

1red capsicum

1yellow capsicum
cut into strips

2 handfulsspinach

Spring onions

Sesame seeds
for topping

⅔ cuplow sodium soy sauce

¼ cupmirin

1 tablespoonginger
fresh minced or crushed

1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil

2 tablespoonsbrown sugar

1 Tbsspicy chili paste
or sauce as desired

5 clovesgarlic
Instructions
Step 1
Add all sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place the steak in a sealable container and cover with enough dressing to coat give it a good shake.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Prep veggies.
Step 3
Heat a very deep heavy frying pan over a high heat. Remove steak out of the sauce and discard remaining sauce. Add 1 tbs oil and steak to the pan. Let the steak sit for 1-2 minutes to get a golden-brown sear, flip if necessary, or remove from the pan and let it finish cooking on a plate if stove top is too hot.
Step 4
Mix in all the veggies and steak together with the dressing.
Step 5
Add in the spring onions and sprinkle over sesame seeds.
