Ingredients

366gWhole Milk
595gHeavy Cream
200ggranulated sugar
½ tspvanilla
⅛ tspCrème de Mint oil
plus 3 drops
20Mints
Andex Mints, cut roughly into sixths
20 dropsgreen food coloring
Instructions
Step 1
1. Toss freezer container(s) into the freezer to chill. 2. Whisk together the milk, cream, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Whisk in the vanilla.
4. Pour mixture into ice cream machine. Add the Crème de Mint and optional food coloring.
5, Add the chopped Andes mints near the end of the freeze. 6. Transfer to chilled freezer container, and freeze for several hours before serving.
