Spinach, mushrooms, and chicken with veggie pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Dice or shred your precooked chicken breast and put in pan. Add can of drained diced tomatoes and some Italian seasoning.
Step 2
In separate pan heat olive oil and sautรฉ garlic and onion. Then add mushrooms. After onions and mushrooms are tender add spinach. Cover and stir occasionally until spinach is cooked.
Step 3
While veggies are cooking add marinara to chicken and heat. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.
Step 4
When veggies are cooked add to meat mixture. Add Alfredo veggie pasta and cook until pasta is thawed and tender.
Step 5
