Instructions

Step 1
Place on slice of pastrami and one slice of turkey on each thinner cutlet and roll up
Step 2
Place seam facing down in a pan
Step 3
Cover & bake for 45 min covered on 350
Step 4
Uncover and bake another 15 min
Step 5
Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and pour over cutlets.
Step 6
Bake uncovered another 5-10 min
