Prepare the Jello Mold

Spray a fancy bowl, cake pan, or a regular bowl with non-stick cooking spray (this will assist with unmolding the jello later.) Place a small bowl upside down in the centre—you will need to weight it down with a can to prevent it from floating to the top when you add the jello. (This will provide the perfect spot for the shrimp sauce later when you unmold the jello).

Make the Jello

Make green jello according to the package instructions. Pour into mold and refrigerate for 1 hour, until it has thickened to an egg white consistency. Drop shrimp gently into the jello. Put the jello into the fridge for 1 hour.

Make blue jello and pour into a bowl. Place in fridge for 1 hour until cool and slightly thickened. Add green onion, corn, sour cream or cottage cheese, and spices to the blue jello. Mix gently and pour the layer over the green jello, and return it to the fridge for 1-2 hours.
