Step 1
Combine seasoning with 1 can (14oz) coconut milk in a wok over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins. Add 1 lb bite-sized chicken and cook for 5-7 min. Stir in 3 cups mixed vegetables and simmer for 2 mins. Stir in half juice of lime and 1 tsp of soy sauce, or to taste. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
