Instructions
Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets
Step 2
Put soy sauce, sriracha and maple syrup into a bowl and mix
Step 3
Add cauliflower to sauce mixture
Step 4
Place coated florets on lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 200°C
Step 5
Meanwhile cook rice
Step 6
Chop pepper into small pieces then add pepper, peas and sweetcorn to cooked rice in a wok with a splash of soy sauce
Step 7
Serve rice and place cooked florets on top, pouring any extra maple sriracha sauce over the top
Step 8
Top with sesame seeds if desired
