Vegetable Quiche

Quick and delicious. Makes its own crust from the Bisquick in the recipe. To keep things simple I use a 10 oz package of frozen broccoli flowerettes, cook in microwave and then drain. I also use frozen, chopped bell peppers.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook broccoli, cool then drain and cut into bite size pieces
Step 2
Combine with other vegetables and cheese and put in a greased 9 inch pie pan. I use a glass pie pan.
Step 3
Whisk eggs, biscuit mix and seasoning together until smooth.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture over vegetables & cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes til set and lightly browned.
