Instructions
Step 1
peel and cube the squash
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Fill the bottom of the baking dish you are using with the squash. Salt and pepper to taste.
Casserole Dish
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup and softened butter. Mix very well
Step 4
Spoon maple butter mix over squash evenly. Spread pecans and cranberries over squash and mix all together well.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 60 minutes at 350 or until desired doneness. Enjoy!
