Instructions
Step 1
Pound beef and cut into 1/4 X 2 inch strips.
Step 2
Combine soy sauce, orange juice, ginger and garlic. Pour over meat and marinate.
Step 3
Prepare vegetables.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and add onions, peas, mushrooms, & peppers.
Step 5
Cook uncovered 2 minutes. Remove vegetables from pan.
Step 6
Drain meat reserving marinade.
Step 7
Stir fry beef until colour changes.
Step 8
Mix in vegetables and add orange segments.
Step 9
Combine reserved marinade with cornstarch and add to wok.
Step 10
Serve immediately over rice.
