Instructions
Step 1
Using a small bowl, add the tomato purée, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, ketchup and lemon and set aside.
Step 2
Slice the steak into strips, dip into the egg and then coat in cornflour. Place on a lined baking tray and spray with one cal and oven cook on 200c for 18-20 mins.
Step 3
Cook rice as per instructions and set aside.
Step 4
Fry the garlic, ginger, red and green peppers in frylight for a few minutes and then and the beef stock and sauce mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts to bubble.
Step 5
Add the beef, mix well until it’s all coated and serve on rice and garnish with chill and spring onions.
