Instructions

Buffalo chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast.
Step 2
To a large bowl add all the ingredients except for the flour and sunflower oil. Mix everything well. Let the chicken marinate for minimum 30min.
Step 3
To a flat plate add the flour. Coat each chicken piece with flour.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken and fry for about 3min until crispy and golden brown.

Hot sauce

Step 5
To a bowl add the spices and 100ml of the sunflower oil in which the chicken was deep fried. Make sure it's still hot. Stir until well combined.
Step 6
Coat the hot chicken thighs with the hot sauce.

Wrap

Step 7
Slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with mayonnaise.
Step 9
Top it with the cheese, salad, tomato and chicken slices.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
