Chicken & Chorizo Wrap

Stop everything & get this made for your lunch this week!! To make this you will need: 1 small cooked chicken breast 5 slices chorizo halved 1/4 red pepper diced 1tbsp low fat cream cheese 1tsp tomato puree 1tsp smoked paprika 20g grated cheese (I used a mozzarella & cheddar mix) Add the chorizo & peppers to a pan & fry off for 5 mins Add the rest of the ingredients and leave on the heat until the cheese has melted Add to a wrap, wrap up then fry off in a pan on a low heat for a few mins either side until toasted ••• ••• •••
