Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with a light layer of cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well blended.
Step 3
Dip bread pieces into the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
Step 4
Place in heated pan to fry on both sides until golden brown
Step 5
Remove from heat, dust with powdered sugar and top with fruit. Serve with a side of whipped cream and syrup.
